These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jiso4d platform. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Last updated: January 2026.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on jiso4d. We strictly enforce this requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and any remaining balance returned to the verified payment method.
jiso4d primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of account creation and that you will not access the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of jiso4d complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. jiso4d operates under an international gaming license and is not subject to Indonesian domestic gambling regulations. To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP Nasional), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may hold only one account on jiso4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
Before processing your first withdrawal, we will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your KTP Nasional (Indonesian national identity card) and, in some cases, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. KYC documents must be submitted via the platform's secure upload interface or via email to our support team. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first deposit may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. You must notify jiso4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jiso4d is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account use if you have failed to maintain adequate security.
You must keep your account information current at all times. If your email address, phone number, or residential address changes, you must update your account details within 7 days. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in missed communications regarding your account and may delay withdrawal processing.
jiso4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or payment provider. jiso4d does not charge any deposit fees.
Deposits are typically processed instantly. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a bank account registered in your legal name. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts. jiso4d does not charge withdrawal fees.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–10 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours as we complete additional security checks. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete. You may have a maximum of one pending withdrawal request at any time.
To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 100.000, you must place wagers totaling at least Rp 100.000 before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to deposits made without claiming any bonus. Deposits made with a bonus are subject to the specific wagering requirements of that bonus.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at jiso4d's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or restricted at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification and who are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to mask their location.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type and are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. A typical deposit bonus carries a 5x to 10x rollover requirement, meaning you must place wagers equal to 5–10 times the bonus amount before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash.
Different game types contribute differently toward bonus wagering requirements:
jiso4d reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we determine that a player is abusing promotions through methods including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits (arbitrage), or placing bets in a manner clearly designed to circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event). Bonus abuse may result in permanent account suspension.
While you have an active bonus, the maximum bet per wager is Rp 50.000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
All bets are subject to acceptance by jiso4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager at our sole discretion without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed and a transaction ID is issued, the bet is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled by the player.
Odds displayed on jiso4d are updated in real time but may be subject to change until the moment your bet is confirmed. The odds shown on your bet confirmation receipt are the final odds for that wager, regardless of subsequent price movements. All bet results are determined by official sources including sports governing bodies, game providers, and lottery operators. jiso4d's decision on bet settlement is final.
A bet may be voided (stake refunded, no winnings paid) in the following circumstances:
For in-play betting, there may be a delay between the action on the field and the odds update on the platform. Bets placed during this delay are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. jiso4d reserves the right to void bets placed with knowledge of the outcome (e.g., betting on a goal after it has been scored but before odds are suspended).
Each sport has specific settlement rules (e.g., what happens if a football match is abandoned at 70 minutes, or if a tennis player retires mid-match). These rules are published in the "Rules" section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules for each sport before placing a bet.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiso4d and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:
jiso4d aims to provide 24/7 platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, server outages, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond our control. If a technical error results in incorrect game outcomes or bet settlements, we reserve the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
jiso4d integrates third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, etc.) and payment processors. We are not liable for failures, errors, or disputes arising from these third-party services. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving such issues.
Gambling involves financial risk, and you may lose money. jiso4d is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your betting decisions. You acknowledge that you are wagering with money you can afford to lose and that you will not hold jiso4d liable for gambling-related financial harm.
jiso4d is not responsible for any legal consequences you may face as a result of using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jiso4d complies with applicable local laws.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements.

Upon account termination by jiso4d, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or confiscated funds) will be returned to your registered payment method. You will not be permitted to re-register unless explicitly authorized by jiso4d management.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jiso4d is licensed (international licensing authority). Any disputes arising from your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint or dispute with jiso4d, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity (14 days) to resolve the issue internally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate the matter to our senior management for formal review.
Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.
